This calculator will estimate your time for up to six distances based on one of your performance.
The formula used here is the same as the one used by the Runner's World calculator.
I find this version easier to use, though.
- You can enter values in all yellow cases
- Give it one of your performance distance and time (format hh:mm:ss or mm:ss)
- The correction factor represents your performance degradation as distance increases (0 for constant pace, 7% is the usual value)
- Fill in the distances you want it to predict your time for (use the same unit for all distances!)
